I don't know about criminality and haven't call them. However, I have already raised the web form inquiry on feb 5th, but no response. Now I'm gonna apply GCMS notes this week.

An agent was hesitant to provide more information Yes, BIO was done in the mid of November

YEs, if your family composition changes, you have to inform IRCC, even if your spouse is a Canadian PR or a citizen.
