Can you pls share your AOR, Stream and timeline? Few weeks back i was trying to figure out whether almost all of August AOR files have completed their eligibility review

All cases are unique and move at different speeds due to a number of factors. Having an AOR in the same month is no guarantee of any parity in application processing

absolutely correct you are. was just trying to get some empirical evidence on my hypothesis

I was told eligibilty was passed early Nov. But I didnt ask if this pass was recommended or conclusive because security was not started yet or even now.

Interestingly, I got the same email for my old application which I didnot use for EE.

My guess is that they would have re-assigned some of the applications to different VOs. It is just a guess. We can know if this is the case by calling CIC and knowing the current VO.
