My File is in Etobicoke Visa Office, is it normal to have file transferred into this visa office? I saw on some post and many say that only complicated cases are transferred to this visa office and its a very slow office ,Is it true? Anyone else got their file in Etobicoke Visa office?

1st GU on 15th Oct---Biometrics updated to completed(biometrics exempt),Called IRCC and the agent confirmed eligibility passed,criminality in progress and security not started yet.
2nd GU--19th Oct(not sure if this was a glitch since many people got it)
3rd GU--6th Nov
4th GU-7th Nov
My BGC says "We are processing....." since the beginning .
Can someone help me understand what stage my application is at?

I tried reaching to IRCC 1888-242-2100 to enquire about status of my application. But the call is not connected to an agent and it gets disconnected (it says something similar to not being able to complete call because of lack of agent availability or something).
Those of you who called IRCC, can please help me with tips in reaching the IRCC agents over phone.
I greatly appreciate your help...
Update: Just got my MEP and BIL a few mins ago. My biometrics information from last year (Work permit application) has also been populated in my profile. Progress bar at 29%

@legalfalcon Please, I need some advise. I literally forgot to mention a work visa refusal to China, altho it was successful on second attempt. I mentioned other refusals tho. So, my question is that...do I wait till I get my GCMS notes (ordered two weeks ago) or raise a webform now to mention the oversight? I’ve had 6 GUs since November started. AOR is Aug 2020.

No need to panic. This is no big deal. Just send a webform and inform IRCC that you inadvertently forgot to mention a prior visa refusal and provide details.

Change of background check from processing to “we will send you a message....” sometime in September. Don’t know the exact date.
Since then no update or even ghost update.
I called IRCC today. The agent said my eligibility is passed. But criminality and security not started yet. Also my file is in Ottawa.
I'm CEC applicant and main applicant.

I forgot to mentioned my spouse refusal for Canada spousal work permit in my application. Because there is no any kind of form where they asked for spouse previous refusal. Should i need to take any step to inform IRCC about my spouse previous refusal?
Please let me know if anybody knows about it.

Are you able to help where my application is at? IP2 or IP1? I did my Biometrics a long time ago but it still says "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes". Medical passed on Oct 20.
