The passport request mail was sent by LVO Accra. I never contacted IRCC to know where my application was processed. @legalfalcon I'm getting married January 2021, and will be adding my spouse. My plan is to return my passport for the visa to be cancelled and a new one issued after my spouse is included in the application, hope I'm on the right path?

anyone with Aug'20 AOR contacted IRCC recently and was told eligibility not started? if not, we can get an indication that most Aug AORs have completed Eligibility(by case analyst at least) by this time.

Mine is not Aug 20, but close enough (Aug 18). Eligibility not started. I feel as if most August outland applications have had eligibility passed at least by a case analyst by this time. Would like to know if inland August applicants have had an eligibility passed yet. Of course, I am speculating based on the small sample size on this forum.

Most likely you can, especially if you asked whether it was passed by an officer. If passed by a case analyst, then it'd be a recommended pass, which is not the same as a conclusive pass (but will likely be conclusively passed soon). Either way, a very good sign.
