Hi! What’s your AoR? Were you biometric exempt?

Hey No i was not Exempt from Biometric, Here is some information:

My AOR was on August 11 2020
My Medical were passed on 21 September
My Biometrics on 22 September

I also have a PNP from Ontario.

My progress bar is now on 41% and 16 Weeks.

Today I called IRCC and my progress as follows is:

Visa Office: Sydney

Eligibility: Not-Started
Security: Not-Started
Criminality: In Progress
AGENT : Said - Criminality check is in progress and will reach if RCMP is required.

I did upfront RCMP (Before submitting my application) and I uploaded thru Webform today.

Criminality check is in IP1 or IP2 ???

What does Secutiry means ? and How much time does it need usually ? Anybody knows?

Security is the background check. Usually the longest and could be the shortest, depends on how fast they go.

AOR: August 8th 2020
Medicals passed: 25th august 2020
Biometric: September 8th 2020
I got an request letter to pay my RPRF fees on September 22nd.

I havent gotten any emails or "ghost" emails at all. I still have 15th weeks for my application to be reviewed based on the progress bar.
Not sure when i would get the result of my application. Any ideas on where my application is ?

background check and Eligibility review: both are in progress (which is what is mentioned) .

When it changes to “we are processing your application....”, that’s IP2, meaning you’re closer to getting PPR. Ignore the percentage bar, it only shows the time that’s elapsed since IRCC received your application, it doesn’t affect the progress of your application.

Looks like your application is in early stages which is normal, you should see your Background check change to "Your application is in progress" and it indicates that you are in IP1 as per current trend (again this is not official). How long no one knows

No one can really give you a certain “yes/no” answer.

When I make a my EE profile I write down contact details(email&phone) I’m not sure how I can check submitted contacts. Maybe you can call IRCC(1-888-242-2100) and ask it.

Contacted them today and verified that all is up to date. Waiting for the agent to give me a call. Anyone here got Biometric request in ON Canada and agent have contacted them. Those received Biometric request on 22nd October 2020. Thanks.

Looks like you’re in IP2. So, PPR comes next, usually.
