We will send you a message if we need some information.' can someone tell me if your background is being processed means the background check has started or is it a generic message that everyone gets after biometrics are completed?

Its a generic message. Mine still says they are still being processed eventhough ecas already says DM and we already got the passport request.

For instance, my case was received on August 29 2019, and the estimated completion date is August 29, 2020. Is everyone’s like this, or is this an accurate estimate?

Anyone knows what makes an application to be moved to Mississauga? It's so annoying to see how fast CPC-mississauga proceeds while almost all other VOs do nothing. :'( I wish ours have been also moved there!
