Well first i got an email from cic that you have a new message and then I received another email from immigration officer with certificate

Hey guys! My employer got contacted today, which is quite strange cause it's a Sunday
Apparently AINP officers are working extra hard. Not complaining though!
She'll respond tomorrow so hopefully nomination should soon follow if all goes well. Fingers crossed!

The officer just emailed the HR Director and asked her to verify that i actually work at the company, and to list all the job roles I've held as well as the daily duties and responsibilities, and to confirm whether I supervise anyone or not.
It's after work hours here in Dubai though so she'll respond tomorrow

I've got an observation though. They contacted the email address I put down under employer contact details in the form, not the HR email mentioned on the reference letter.
So I think they only contact employers if you mention any contact details in the form. Those fields aren't mandatory though so I think some people fill them out and some don't. Maybe that's why employers are contacted for some applicants, and not contacted for others? They probably use the barcodes to upload all info on to their system and then contact employers, if contact details are found.
Can you guys please let us know if you filled out employer contact details, and if your employers were contacted?

I really hope so mate! I switched to another department 2 months ago so idk if that'll be an issue. Shouldn't be though cause I've completed 2 years' experience in my primary NOC, which is what I've claimed points for. But idk let's see
But the department transfer wasn't finalized by the time I filled out the forms and sent my docs, so I put down my old job title under "current employment". Idk let's see
