We just got our COPR email today, as others have mentioned nothing to follow-up with about an actual document or how to go about getting the PR Card. Hopefully that comes out not too long from now to provide us with details on getting that. Has anyone got the PR Card using this new system of emails and mailing passport photos?

The email you received that states your got CoPR should have an attachment which is a PDF copy of your CoPR letter. The letter says you need to send one photo to the address listed on the top of the letter to get the actual PR card.
At least this is the case for me, our office is Ottawa. May be that other offices are doing it differently.

Hello, have you got the letter of COPR? The same thing happened to me: there is an update in my ircc account as you, but I can't find the document there, nor any email of COPR as other people have had.
From two months I’ve been seeing after 26th August 2019, there’s no aip/sa/dm... I don’t know why they’re not giving approvals anymore?????
they need to work on this.. September applicants are also waiting, I don’t know whats holding them back???

I was wondering the same thing. I would assume there was a pause in the final review of applications around that time due to the COVID-19 lockdown. Hopefully it'll resume soon.
