same 2.5 years already Aug 2019 nothing after decision made Missi office

I think IRCC prioritizes applications received from people who own a property (mortgage) or have a family/children studying in Canada.
Singles having no mortgages (like me) have their application delayed. Just an assumption, but it could be true.

I own a property and have been waiting since April 2019. I don’t think it’s a factor but who knows! At this point, I won’t be shocked at anything.

Someone told me that individuals cases move faster than family cases.

too many speculations. IRCC will not process 2019 applications unless and until they clear out 2020 . It is obvious once 2020 is cleared then they can clear 2019 along with 2021

Our August 2019 tracker shows the lowest % for oaths completed (29%). All the other months of 2019 have higher percentages. Hard to know if this is because Aug 2019 is not reporting progress as the other groups. I can help to update the tracker. I think the tracker is a good tool to estimate our timings, despite some individuals cases that are very delayed

that cant be true either. because 2019 cases are being wrapped up and it seems on a priority basis, if you believe those who are posting on the forum.

I am only seeing 2020 get oaths and DMs in Montreal , dont know about rest of Canada.

My application is in the Montréal office, Since my test was set to complete on April 19th, 2021 I have no updates, not even DM. I think the person working on the pile that has our applications in is too slow

Im sure on my application it is non routine and i have sent a withdrawal already. Now waiting on them

Why do you think it's non routine?

As a additional measure, please go to this form and fill some complaints section about delays in processing for 2019 applicants. this might not help but its another tool to convey the general message if most of the forgotten applicants do fill this it might help eventually.
