Just updating my status as I was looking at how to get my passports now.
Would somebody be so kind to share any hint for passport request by mail (due to COVID19)? Is it just straightforward ?

Does anyone know how long he or she has to wait for the citizenship certificate? My oath ceremony was on Sept 29, 2020, however, I still have not received the certificate.

Well for me, it took basically 2 weeks. Furthermore, I am located in Toronto.

My ECAS has changes the status to "completed", however, I have not received the citizenship certificate yet.

I know probably all us asking same question, my application process started on Dec-10th-2019 and not test invite or any update after that. Do we have any idea when will be cic start processing applications again ?

The virtual Oath ceremony done this morning. The whole process took an hour and it was very simple and easy.
I hope you guys become citizen very soon. They told me, my citizenship certificate will be sent to me via post within two to four weeks and after that I can apply for new passport.

Our oath ceremony was done today (19/10/2020) and it took just an hour. It went smooth and was pretty simple and straight forward.
I just want to thank everyone that had in one way or the other been instrumental in our citizenship process. Thank you all very much. I pray and hope those still waiting will get through soon too.
