I did get automated reply. In order to ensure they have received the affirmation forms, I just sent the forms again today and got reply saying they’ve received the forms. But there was no names or other info in the email.
No that's the email address they sent me the oath invitation. I believe @zam7 also received from a similar email address (different officer). It really depends on the office processes your application. If you check other people's posts, some of them received from a generic cic address, some received from Last Name. First Name@****cic.ca.

Congratulations, how do you email back the Affirmation of Citizenship form to which email address because usually it says in their emails they sent to you don't reply to them ?
Sorry for the late response.
I haven't checked this forum for a while.
Anyway, mine was processed Scarborough office but I think I had the virtual ceremony with the Toronto office in my case.

Hi Everyone - What questions do they ask during the Oath ceremony? For video call, should we be physically present in Canada to complete Oath ceremony. If yes, what are options for people living/working outside of Canada? Please advise, thanks.
