The worst case date looks terrible.

I would suggest not to look at the worst case, cuz its very rare as per stats, Average is the most realistic.

All in all, it looks like the speed is decreasing. In the past, I often heard people get PPR in 3-4 months, but this is much less common now.

It is indeed, this is average wait trend... as you see it is climbing...

I have USA visitor visa since 2016. I traveled to USA in 2017. So this year I got stamped Canada visitor visa to plan another trip to north America. However with few commitments I was unable to go that trip.
Would it be an issue having unused Canada Visitor visa on the passport?
I have a very good travel history with about 16 trips. Including USA and UK.
