Canada keeps extending their travel restriction. Does that mean they will postpone issuing PPR for all outland applicants? Anyone here receive PPR after Mar 18?

Did anyone apply for gcms notes?I applied last month and received it today. It's a 63 page long Notes. I'm just still confused about what's going on with my application process.

My AOR is on August 09, 2020.
If I update my marital status from single to married after AOR (as non-accompanying spouse to clarify) will my score be recalculated? also, Is it mandatory to update the marital status within a month or so?
