August 27th 2019 is my AOR date. I logged into my profile and it showed as profile updated which then changed to submitted. There were no changes that I could see. Is this a ghost update? Is this the IP 2 phase?

Yes, I never got one before. I got an email after my Medical cleared when the status of the background check changed

2nd call Nov 5th : nth started ; order GCMS
Nov 13th : ghost update,
3rd call Nov 14th : to ask about GU , agent remarked its just verification nothing else revealed
Dec 4th received GCMS generated on Nov 8th, only saw R10 passed. (Only program assistant)
4th call: Dec 5th, agent says:
Criminality : passed
Eligibility: Recommended pass,
Security : not started

I got below update. Can somebody help me understand if final decision will be done at Sydney CIO or it will be sent to some other VO?

Yeah u should have got your medicals passed by now, when did you get your AOR?
Did you also add your wife in your application?
Try calling them to see what the problem is also you can order GCMS notes to get a better understanding on processing of your application

How do you get the agent to give you information?
They never tell me any details the 2 times I've called. Just generic responses, "We will call you if we need anything etc. etc."

Ask specifically for eligibility, criminality and security. it depends from agent to agent... order gcms notes as well.
