It has been 67 days. I called up IRCC today for the first time and they said my file has been opened but not been touched (i guess no officer assigned to it yet???). Its understandable since theres so much backlog but I am not sure if others are in the same predicament?) . I also asked the IRCC if a change of job would impact me and she said no but just inform ircc a change of your job.
To everyone whose waiting, keep your heads up and fingers crossed!

I only asked about eligibility ... i wanted to know if eligibility was met but she couldnt tell me as she said while it was under review, i guess technically no one really is assigned to review it yet...

I believe this is IP1, it looks similar to mine, I had one ghost update then my status changed from :
We are reviewing your background.... to Your application is in progress....
I am not sure how important it is.
To answer your question on how long it will take, no one can answer but most likely 6 months after MEP, anything less is fast, anything longer starts to fall on the 20% people who have "no luck"

Thank you Casatoor for your insight. You are absolutely correct on status change, the day I completed my Biometrics the status was " we are reviewing your profile. May be 3-4 later when i logged in and checked the status, it had changed to " Your application is in progress".
Have you received the PPR email? If not how long has it been since you submitted your application.?

No far from that, I don't expect it before February, it does not mean I don't check my profile almost everyday but from what I have read, 06 months after MEP is what to expect for golden email.
Wish you luck and relax, live your present life and what should happen will happen.
