So my wife received the email but I never got the email. My status has updated online showing that they send me a "mail" asking me to appear for the tests. I tired like 20 times today to call them but they were so busy that they would not even let me get in the queue. Will try again on Monday. I am pretty sure I need that paper to go for the date.
Wishing you luck with getting an answer. I have heard others say that the letter should be taken to the test. Fingers crossed that it is just a short Canada Post delay.
I became a Canadian Citizen on May 22, 2019. I started with this process in October 2010. It took 9 years to complete. It's worth it, but requires a lot of patience and persistence. It's a beautiful feeling. This will be my last post on this website. May all the hard workers find their reward. Peace out -

So I called the IIRC this morning (4am our time). They told me that a test invite was sent on 21st May but since I did not get it they will send a message to the Vancouver office to have another sent. I received an email from Vancouver Office 5 hours later at 9am with the paperwork for the test invite.

Yep, I am still waiting, my application went in process November 2018. July / August is my next possible earliest date due to waiting for a temporary site to be regionally allocated for tests, interviews and oaths on Vancouver Island.

It seems that the final stage can take several months. It is likely they have a backlog to clear for the Oath ceremonies. Personally, I would wait a couple more weeks and see if you hear anything then........but its your call.
