It appears there is a glitch, the spreadsheet has dates for oath letters that have not yet been issued. I think there are three entries with oath letters which appears to be an error.
Test presented yesterday February 13.
Test Passed 19/20.
Decision made February 14, 2019.
The officer told everything in order and to wait for ceremony in April. Date to come.
We are in the same province, No, they don't always update ecas. I have written my test and got decision made but ecas still shows the third line indicating when they started processing my application.
In Winnipeg, it appears Oath letter comes in the post (by mail). My spouse and children got their citizenship last year, the Oath letter came in the mail.

Great always positive, thanks for the update. We will keep looking out and staying positive as your user name says. I am thinking of travelling in April, I hope I got it in good tim to apply for passport.
