I was checking my status on the ECAS and i found out that they somehow kept my old mailing address I used when I applied for PR. It is my old consultant address and she moved back to France 2 years ago...

why was the application returned?

I made a mistake: had to reprint one page of the application and didn't realize that one checkbox disappeared from it.

As suggested, i updated my mailing address online. its been more than 15 days now. I think i can order ATIP notes. But still I am wondering about this. Earlier i used to see my home address and mailing address. After i updated the mailing address, I am seeing only Home address in ECAS.
is this normal? i guess you would have noticed the same too. Can you please confirm?

It is normal (since you mailing address matches your shipping address). Go ahead and order your ATIP notes =)

Question: I have not received AOR, however when I check CIC portal using my ID on the landing document, I see the application as received. Has anybody noticed this? What should I do get my email verified, as I afraid that I will loose other correspondence from CIC in future?

I sent my application on Sept 03, 2018, it was received on Sept 07,2018. I applied for me and my family that includes my wife, and 02 kids (minors, less than 14 years). For my kids I had submitted PR cards, Passport copies and Birth certificates along with my application.My application was returned to me for the following reason on November 08;

"You have not provided two identification documents for the Minors".

Is someone able to advise or recommend what kind of supporting document should i provide as a proof of identity for Minors (kids)?I believe if I provide the Provincial Health cards, School record, Passport copy which would show their Photo would work, any other suggestions?

I submitted Passport copy and health card copy for my son and I got AOR.

Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification
Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
Examples include:

• school record
• health insurance card

If there is information on both sides of your child’s personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

For a child under school age, identification such as:

• a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details, or
• a hospital or immunization record, may be provided
