Did you use regular mail or courier?

I think your best bet is to contact Canad post and have them track it. The CIC cannot follow your file unless it is in their system which takes around two months these days. Also my understanding is that as soon as CIC receives your mail, they pull out your documents from the Canada post envelope and they organize them in/through their own system, so they may not actually have your envelope with the tracking number so to find it. That is another reason CIC may not be able to find the physical package. So best bet to check with Canada Post.

I used the Xpress Post. I didn't use the signature option as I wasn't told about it at the Post.

I already contacted Canada Post and raised a ticket but it has been 18 days and they keep telling me that they're looking into it. Though, one of the agents said that they had scanning issues on the date it was suppose to be delivered so most likely it may have been delivered but noone can say anything for sure. They're checking with the depot where the mail was but their pretty slow to react even though I told them the package contains the confidential information.

Canada Post did get in touch with me and confirmed that the package was delivered on August 15th. They couldn't update the status since they had scanning issues on that day. Pheeeww, what a RELIEF !!

Hi All,

I am about to submit my application next week. I have few questions if someone can help:

1. Police clearance certificate to be sent as original or photocopy?
2. For Language requirement, Online instruction guide says "If you did the test in the past for immigration or citizenship purposes, we will accept the results even if it has expired.". Still want to confirm that my IELTS 2015 result card (For Canadian PR under express entry) will be sufficient?

1. PCC - Original
2. 2015 IELTS more than enough, i have sent the 2015 as well and 2 other friends got Citizenship and passport with their 2014 IELTS.
