If you could help reply to this question would be so much be appreciated, i call CIC today to ask them about my application but they said that they don't see it, he asked me if i have the tracking number of canada post but i don't have it anymore but i remember when i submit the application i do track it and i saw they recieve it. so does it mean it get lost on their end or the officer i call today can't see it because they have no started processing ?

Funny, literally after i just got off the phone with Canada Post to escalate the issue with not receiving confirmation if my package has been delivered.
This doesn't sound right. It is always signed for when received. If still in transit it may mean they didn't deliver it. Call Canada Post again, don't let them brush you off, insist they trace and find it.
