I finally got the test invite. My test center is in Scarborough and will be taking the test on November 21st.

I received invitation for oath today for 28th Nov 2019.

Test was done on 14th September Mississauga office.

However I am planning for travel in December 1st week to visit India. Is it safe to ask for postponing the ceremony for me?

Any Indians here who recently applied for eVISA for Inida, where you can apply online and get the visa in couple of hours/days. I see that as one of the option from the info on https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/. But I don't see that in google search because search returned results as BLS the only option.

Please help me here.

Hi,

I received the oath invite on 1 Nov and attended the oath ceremony yesterday i.e 18th Nov at the Mississauga office. I am now a Canadian citizen Thank you to everyone on this forum, it's been very helpful since the time I applied for PR. All the best to the ones on this journey

Hi, good news that your Citizenship application has been submitted and received. Your journey has begun. I think maybe you are on the wrong forum? This one is for August 2018 applicants and I think maybe you need the 2019 spreadsheet? If so it is no problem, you just need to contact (via email) CACitizenship@gmail.com to ask them to add you to the August 2019 applicant spreadsheet.

Pretty crazy stuff going on at Mississauga.

That's IRCC for you ..if you should call them an agent will tell you.." every application is different and unique" . Someone applied this year and they are already citizens..as frustrating as it maybe all I can say is just hang in there...you might wanna order GCMS notes to see what's going on with your file.
