August 31, 2018 applicant here. I called IRCC yesterday as my last update was "In process" in November 2018. They said it was ready for the test but a date has not been allotted. The agent asked me to call after Aug 31 (one year) so they can then take action on it.

At last!!!! I have looked at my online ECAS today to find a message on there to say that Canadian Immigration wrote to me yesterday (Aug 15th) to invite me for an Oath ceremony on September 26th in Victoria. The letter is in the post! After thinking my file must have been left at the back of the cupboard somewhere, it seems that Victoria is now moving forward with its applications. I hope for those of us still waiting that your applications move forward also very soon. Please hold tight to your faith and retain that hope. It will come and I look forward to updating your progress as it happens.
We both are exactly on same dates....let me know if you get the test date email...i haven't received yet and I think i must call them as its been 3 days over an year already ....
