I have always got a response on the 5th working day after I have submitted any enquiry. They are usually (in my experience) fairly quick at responding.

Got a new email yesterday (July 10) saying that they made a mistake in their last email and I need to disregard the old email and come to my new oath date of August 2nd (old oath date was August 3rd).
