Hi, thanks for the question. I am not sure what the official position is re: taking an expired PR card for the Oath ceremony, but if I were in that position, I would definitely take it with you. I would probably also make a call to the CIC helpline just to see if they can add any extra advice. I am sure there must be others in your position. Maybe one of the other applicants can offer some insight?
You would be a part of July applicants' sheet. It is normal for Ontario and BC to wait this long. Even longer for many applicants. I would say sit tight and let it play out on its own.
I can't attend so used the link in the email to reschedule, new date will be March 20th, 26th or 27th as they have you indicate available days from a list when you reschedule, i chose the first 3 dates.
I am processing through the Vancouver office so it is nice to see some movement!
Passed the test on Feb 5 @ 8.30 AM.
Ecase status changed to Decision Made on Feb 8
I'm in the final lap! Heard that there is not a lot of waiting time between Decision Made and Oath. They are conducting Oath ceremonies in large groups and sometimes 2 per day!

Had our test today. Both got 20/20. Interviewed 3rd out of 40 people and the interview was very rushed. I explained that I had a few (3) entries wrong in my physical presence calculator and she said I haven't got time to look at it now but ye seem to have enough days anyway. I hope we don't get a residency questionnaire down the line. Entries were correct except the year, so I actually gained a day. From start of test to finish of interview - 20 mins. She also said all our clearances were back.
