Will be 11 months on the 26th. AOR is 26 August.no movement or communication RR for POF. An changing jobs at the end of the month hope it doesn't cause further issues

I will on 11 months on 20th August. I had also RR for POF but fortunately they cleared my RR in May then initiate the security checking on 21st of May. After that nothing happened so far.....I am so pissed off...how could they took almost 2 months for security!!!! They are just destroying our daily life man..i mean it.

You need to go submit passport for stamping at the Visa processing centre in your country. I hope they extend your landing date. I was requested to do remedicals so I was give a year to land which is from the new medicals I did.

If you get rejected DON'T PANIC!!!!!!!

you have to wait 6 months and then you can apply for a student visa (doesn't have to be a university program)
if it is a F/T program, you can study and work (20 hours per week -Max). after your program is done, you have Canadian experience and education. you can apply through EE again (with higher score) OR apply to stay after your graduation through different programs.

If you are from India/China/Vietnam/the Philippines, you can apply through the student direct stream to get your study permit faster than other applicants. application processing time is 3 weeks. if you get rejected for this, your application is moved to the regular applicants' pile and reconsidered there. So, why not. search for evUy1p2muVQ Student direct stream on utube to get a lot more details.

My AOR is 27 August 2018 and still in IP1 as my eligibility has been put under "review required". I recently got married in the last week of June this year and now would want to add my spouse to the application. I contacted CIC and the agent gave me a list of documents to fill and upload. The list is as follows:

• A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
• (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
• (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
• (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
• A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
• A copy of the family member’s valid passport,
• Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
• A letter of explanation, and
• If applicable, the proof of payment.

Can anyone guide me how to fill in the above forms ? Is there a source or guide as to how to fill in these forms ? Are those forms to be filled in by my spouse or by me, being the primary applicant and adding her details in the 'depandant' space ?

Another question I have is, if tomorrow after adding her to the application, will she get a PR along with me or some kind of an open work permit ?

I actually don't know brother...Mine has started on 21st May and still going....Lots of people got cleared their security within a month but why ours taking so long...maybe we are under security screening...

Nope. I emailed Ralph Goodale then emailed to SVO as well as had a conversation with an agent. They all are told me the same...Eligibility, Criminality passed and security initiated.

I’m in the same boat! FSWO, July 2018 AOR. After waiting 10 months to get someone look at my case. My security finally started mid June, it is still not done yet!! Nearly 1 month. I feel worried of being under ss.
