Recvd my 2nd set GCMS. Nothing new. Still Eligibility in review required. Security and criminality not started. last due to date was 18/03/2019. GCMS generated on 13/03/2019. As per CIC agent, they said to call back if file not approved by 19th May 2019.

Can anyone suggest me that can my security start now and go to security screening or they are already performing security in the background?

Security is usually tackled once Eligibility has been cleared. hope for the best that it doesn't go into SS.

Agent told me same story that I should be hearing something on or before May 1, 2019 when I spoke with the agent on Apr 1, 2019. But based on the community discussion here they are trying to motivate you to stay calm and not bother them multiple time (buying time). There isn't any assurance the dates provided by agent is true.

Ya, however, some said that they have recvd update on the same day or day before. But yes cannot ignore the fact that a lot of members have reported change in their dates. Lets C, urs is before mine so i will get an idea. I really hope and pray that urs come before the stipulated date.

I don't think it is nonsense. I think they may have an idea about estimated completion dates. Actually, their estimations dates matched up with PPR showers dates.

Moreover, I also think August AORs will be expecting lots of good news this month especially ppl with biometrics. I mean we saw a case in which someone even with security screening who received PPR recently.

Just my observations.

currently May and June AOR profiles with RR are getting their PPR's.

so hopefully very soon August AOR profiles with RR will start getting their PPR's also once the backlog is cleared.

Ya the current trend says exactly the same. So hope that july and august AORs get cleared by april and may.

They are doing it with a system first for people with job offer, afterwards express entry then occupations in demand, hopefully it will be covered for all soon.

I believe the solution lies in wait and patience.
