I would recommend you to call, tell them that you saw account update on your status but nothing changed. most probably you will also get to know status of you application.

Just got off the phone with immigration.. they said congrats your file is approved and we sent u a mail on 9th jan.... But I have not received it on any mail... I had given two mails. Now he emailed to ottawa office, and said that u wait for mail... is that possible?

I applied from India only... living in India... number was some +161
