Nope. In my experience, knowledge , NOC has no bearing on time to process.

I have almost similar timeline. Aor August 22. Eligibility recommended passed. Criminality passed. Security not started.
Just spoke to CIC. Same status again which was 3 weeks back. Security yet to start. Aug 23 AOR.
She also mentioned the usual things that application is within time frame and will mostly be processed within 6 months
