Does your message changed after they starting your BG? What is the status now, pls share.
For those that went through the biometrics... did your profile update to reflect that the biometrics were received? Or did it go straight from "biometrics needed" to RPRF?
I'm a bit worried because I submitted my biometrics 2 weeks ago but it still says "we have not received your fingerprints"
I submitted my biometrics 1,5 months ago and the status still shows We have not received your fingerprints... I submitted the form describing the issue and got a reply from CIC that my biometrics were received by the responsible office. Do you see the biometrics number and date of enrollment and expiry date in your profile?

The plan is to move to Toronto. And hopefully I can land in February if all goes according to my plans.
I have actually once raised a question on this thread that it would be fun if all Aug aor's would meet up in Canada... No one seems to be interested tho

I am also in this situation. I have done my biometrics for over a month now and it still says "We have not received your fingerprints" I have sent them a message on the web form. I have my biometrics number, date of enrolment and expiry date on my profile. Does this help?
Did you notice that email notifications are constantly sent in a specific hour and minute? I am wondering if this is the case each time you get an email notification.
Same here I don’t have direct access to my account so sometimes when I just want to check the status I call +1 6139444000 ( as I am Outland) and for Inland use this1-888-242-2100.
Only to check the status you can use IVR option, you don’t need to talk to the agent.
It will take 3-5 minutes to get through the options and to listen your current status.
You will need your application number and year of birth to learn the status information.
