Dont ask them unnecessary questions like how much more time and all coz even they wont be able to tell you.

Hi dear, what was the actual wordings on ur rprf? Was it ' inorder to continue our review further' or were a word like admissability check used?

Guys...there is no need to wait for 120 days or more to find out whats happening with your profile. At least you get to know where your VO is. The only problem is the wait time that you need to get through.
Go ahead and call them. I reached out to them when my profile was just 45 days after AOR.

Reason why i said so is agents on the call are unaware about the status as most of the files are not touched for months after medicals are passed so you might not get required information. If you still want to go ahead its your choice and also VO these days dont remain same for entire process so its difficult to predict where your application is processed. Good luck
