And what is the country of residence of such individuals? I can see only USA residents getting PPRs within 2 months. All others are waiting like us.

Are you processing via consultant? do you get a mail for Imm5475?

Doing on our own, no need of consultant unless it's complex. You will get an email, profile will be updated to action required, and Request Letter email.

improve your ielts to 8, your score should go past 440

Indians too, I follow Indian applicants only as I am from India.

Maximum score you can get is 441 unless you have relatives in Canada in which case your max score can be 446. If you do not have relatives in Canda you need to retake your exam and improve your IELTS to at least 8. They way CIC is going and the way people are applying its seems unlikely that scores will go down any sooner.

Listening minimum 8, writing minimum 7, speaking at least 7.5, Reading 8.5-9.
Listening n writing, increase of 0.5 makes huge difference.

This is correct. Listening is very heavily weighted.
