Hello house!

Just spoke with an IRCC rep and he said review is required for eligibility and that security and criminality are not yet yet started.
The 6 months timeline expires on the 25th of this month, however, he says I should expect a completion by the 29th of March.

Please what does this mean exactly? Is it that new dates of completion are now given to people?Can one expect the 'Ready for Visa mail' before this time?
Anyone who has been given a new date too or in a similar scenario?

Medicals passed- 23 sept
January 28 called agent - Eligibility : recommended pass: Security : not started criminality : Passed
Feb - 5 ghost update.
Feb- 7 PPR
My filed was processed in Ottawa initially then they transferred to Edmonton then again to Ottawa.
Finally Nova Scotia office sent me PPR.
They played basket ball with my file. lol

Did you get any ghost update prior to this? Congratulations!

Does anyone has a direct email contact of Nova Scotia office?
I cannot get through calls and Web forms aren't helping as each time a different agent provides the information which is different from the information that last agent provides.

My AOR is August 3rd. When I spoke to the agent yesterday they said to expect to wait a little longer because my criminality has started but security has not even started yet. They said a decision cant be made on eligibility until both criminality and security is passed. An earlier agent last week said that my eligibility is just being reviewed as per normal and not under review required status. Can i assume then that my Eligibility is passed already or recommended passed as they have started criminality already? Or does eligibility have nothing to do with them starting the Background check part. I am just wondering because I am not sure why they have not even started security yet as its passed 6 months. My file moved from CIO to CPC-Edmonton a while ago I believe.
