Hi everyone. I happen to be one of the silent readers on this forum until now. I finally got the golden mail this morning, after what i consider to be a long wait. Nonetheless, I am grateful to God and for the support this forum offers. My timeline is below:
ITA: 08/08/18
AOR: 27/08/18
GCMS Notes: 08/01/19
ADR (spouse renewed passport): 25/01/19
PPR: 31/01/19
Stream: FSW Outland (Nigeria)
VO: Ottawa.

Looking at the trend nowadays, I chose to wait patiently till today. GCMS notes are gonna take a month more if I order them today itself. So, I have decided to extend my wait a week or ten days more. Who knows I get lucky, fingers crossed!!

Lol. Okay. But if you know it's going to take 30days shouldn't that make you order it sooner than later?

Hello everyone I m here to share some good news with you so I have finally got my ppr after a long wait but it was worth it , you will feel down and feel like your file is forgotten sometimes but you ll have get the negative thoughts out of your mind because you ll get your Visa. Hamdoulah I m feeling happy again

I think the CPCs are giving a general reply. I am thinking to contact IRCC through a web form before ordering GCMS notes.

I specifically asked if my eligibility is met but the answer was vague. I’ve seen people post the same response from IRCC on other forums. When do they start background check? Do they check criminality and security after your eligibility is recommended “passed”?

Hello, I got the PPR mail today morning.

As per mail & VFS website, I'm taking following documents tommorow at VFS office in Mumbai, ( I'm the only one applied)

Can you please check and let me know if I missed anything,

1. Passports ( Both current & expired with 2 print copies each)
2. PPR mail ( 2 copies)
3. Two and more Photographs as per instruction in mail ( 50mm x 70 mm) - I was suprised how big the size of photos are in this layout
4. VFS Global consent form ( 2 copies)
5. One Envelope
6. Cash ( Can you tell me how much to carry - just so I have change)
