I don't see why their should be. Even if there is a question asking for previous application you can give an explanation and clarify that your documentation was not complete and hence you withdrew to make a complete submission
Thanks for your advice. I am thinking to submit a CSE with the new documents and hope for the best. If I get refused, then I will apply again. Any suggestion regarding CSE?
Forget about this IP1/IP2 assumptions, It's no longer applicable. Your application is surely on a queue for final review if no document review is required. You'll only build pressure for yourself waiting for IP2.
