As I know, this might be be considered as "dual intent" if Im right.
In this case all that shee needs to do is to exit Canada when she said that she will ... thats it ..
However, if she stays in Canada after the date she said that she will leave then all of you might have some problems.
In order to have peace of mind .. she needs to exit Canada when she said that she will..
One step closer! 3rd August AOR medicals are being cleared today. The rest can calculate from today based on their AOR.
Will keep updating as and when we move to the next stage.
As per tracker there are plenty even from July 30-31, so dont worry. I do understand how its unsettling however. We are aor 7 and already getting anxious as others are in the clear!
MEP is a huge milestone as it usually means that application is not likely to be cancelled right away if they dont like something. Because with an honest application, i feel, if they ask for ADR it really isnt much of a problem. Main fear is that they wont even get to reviewing.
As compared to the previous AOR months, the time to get MEP has increased from around 14 days to 22 days - do you guys think it's because of the increasing backlog?

Yeah, i noticed too. My visa office is Manila and the analysis i did using myimmitracker's data from January till June shows the average date for MEP is 14days. The 3750 people that cic is issuing ITA's may be the reason applicants are getting MEP on the average of 20days now. Not really the summer holiday as implied earlier. My two cents.
Hi caf45, I am also inland. I checked my account account and it said, we are processing your background check. I was confused at first because I thought it was in progress (IP1) then I took a look at my screenshot and found that it only changed from Not Applicable to We are Processing your background check. Does that mean we are in IP2 already? Jeez, this is testing my patience. Sometimes, I dream about it at night.
Don't worry cadgijoe, you're next. I checked Immitracker and those with AOR Aug 3 are getting Medicals passed. Sorry I edited this. I see that you are FSW-Outland. It will come, hopefully this week I can imagine the pressure.

I’ve seen people got how to find a job or pre arrival letters in their online account at some point after medical passed. I would assume at that point the eligibility is passed (might not be the case though). Hope it helps! Cheers.
