Hi all, I am a CEC inland applicant. I applied for PR for me and my wife on August 28th, 2018 but still didn’t get any decision. Its been almost 16 months now. I called CIC and they informed my eligibility, medical, criminality has been passed. Background check still processing. They also informed my file is with Winnipeg IOC. I checked my gcms notes too. No issues observed.

Anyone here with similar condition? Any suggestions?
