It looks like the local processing office has to form a batch of verified/clean 50 applicants to schedule a Test (Minimum-Maximum Applicants). Until they'll receive 50 or whatever the number is they won't send the test invite just keep it aside.

I tried to call and ask about my application but the customer service person laughed at me and said my application is within 1 year, not very nice but I understand his position. Can I do anything to see if they are actually working on it?
