thanks for replying bro,, but IN nOtes there are total 6 notes.. and the that all notes 3, 4, 5, 6 are about normal.. but still anywhere, they didn't mention how is this application is complex.... what does it mean,, referred to visa office for further processing?

Do u have dependents bro. If so then they might have sent to ur home country consulate for processing

yes there is dependent in my file..

then yeah should be. Because ur dependents are in ur home country and I guess they need to clarify few things so they might sent it to ur home country visa office for processing

Nope but I know of at least 3 or 4 cases where they added the spouse as an inland applicant when the spouse lives abroad.
I hate that process! Canada is good enough in terms of processing time but embassies in other countries take their sweet time to process it. The quickest process I have seen is about 30 months. :-[
