I checked my ECAS and it is showing Decision Made:

We sent you a letter on August 28, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

what is the meaning of that? Can anyone of you explain?

Ya mine got changed to decision made

will they notify us after transferring the docs to local consulate ? Anyone ?

Yay! I got an email saying sponsor approval! Also it states that "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing."
Is this means our file has been transferred? Does SA and file transfer goes simultaneously ?

Got our SA yesterday, Sept 4, 2013. Just in time a day before my husband leave for his visit to Manila again. I think our docs travelled ahead of him down to Manila he he he... ;D ;D

Medicals Done : June 25, 2013
Sent Application to CIC: August 2, 2013
Received by CIC : August 8, 2013
SA : September 5, 2013

Does SA mean our application will be sent to Manila already? Thank you very much. God bless us all
