I am planning to patiently wait another 3 months. If there is still no reply, I will start a Manmamus at the beginning of June this year. Is this a good time line for Manmamus, or is it too early or too late?

Mandamus within the first 1-2.5 years is early.

However, you should contact a lawyer who can evaluate your case and timelines, to craft a plan for you.
