Is it true that i can attend as much as i wish ielts exam and then choose to provide the one with the highest scores or this should eliminate my previous attempts ?

Isn’t it the other way round? As per my understanding you need to choose only the latest results. There is a separate thread on the common reasons for rejections you may refer to that for further clarification on this.
