Attaching job duties to reference letter

Hi,

My company has a format for reference letters which includes salary, hourly wage, hour per week etc but it doesn't include job duties. The job duties are however gotten from our internal website but without letter head and signature. I asked my senior manager to sign the job duties and have it on a letter head. Can I attach this job duties letter to the reference letter? Will this be okay?

I have this same issue as my employer won't give reference letter with duties. I hope someone will answer
