Attaching additional sheet to the form: At the very end of the form OR right after the respective page in the form?

Hi,
How should one go about attaching the additional sheet that is often required for further clarification or explanation to questions in the form.

Should I attach all the 'additional sheet' at the very end of the particular form OR right after the respective page in the form?

PS: All my additional sheet also includes form no, question no, PA/sponsor name and date of birth and signatures of both sponsor/PA etc.

Doubt it matters as long as organized and clear. We attached close to the relevant forms and didn't ahve a problem.

Just to clarify, when you mentioned 'close to relevant forms', do you mean by the end of that relevant form or end of relavant page of that form?

Of course we kept the actual forms together so that their page numbers still matched.
