Yes there is an option to apply for work permit while awaiting your PR application. On on applying for work permit, U have 90 days to apply for PR

The work permit has to be applied through AIP. There are documents u ll need from your employer

I lived in PEI. I am quite lucky to share.
My employer submitted my application for endorsement on Nov 9, 2023. She forwarded what she received from the province, so I'm pretty sure she submitted without bluffing or lying. I got my endorsement on December 27, 2023, but due to the public holidays, my HR is on leave. I received it in the first week of Jan 2024.
I already gathered all the documents (the clearance report) when my employer submitted for endorsement. So, I have everything with me before the endorsement.
Therefore, after I reviewed, I submitted my PR application on January 10, 2024, and just got my AOR and biometrics letter yesterday (February 21, 2024).

Any update?

Anyone here who encountered delays in their endorsement in NL? My employer told me it would take 1-2 weeks, they asked for more requirements and information around 3rd and 5th week and now I'm on my 7th week but still no result. What could be the reasons for the delay?

Hello everyone! im trying to apply for AIP in NB as a nurse. Im living in the USA. im struggling a bit with the application process. So, on the INB website im doing this LONG application and it will be my providence endorsement? and from that moment on do I get a link to apply for a work permit and PR? or do I do that on my own on the IRCC website? I Would love some help. Also the dates for the JOB section are very strict, is there a problem in the case that some of the dates are off?

A student who just completed a one year postgraduate certificate program in NB got a job offer under TEER 4 from a designated employer but my work experience from outside Canada that I wish to use to qualify is TEER 0.
I am confused with this requirement on the IRCC AIP website below;

"The job must be at the same skill level as, or higher than, the work experience that qualified you for the job (refer to the table below), unless you’re an international graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Atlantic Canada."

Someone should help me out. Am I eligible or not?

Your work experience NOC should be thesame as what you do presently. However, I don't think work experience is needed for graduate stream

I’m applying for AIP Endorsement for teer 4 job. But my previous experience is related to teer 2 job. do I have to complete teer 4, 1 year experience before apply for endorsement or 1 year experience is required before applying for PR application? Thanks
