Supplementary form for travels - trip to Canada which is my entry as a worker - what date should ai put in the “To” in the period, is it the validity of my open work permit or the last date of my work contract? or is it the current date when I submit the application?

also for the schedule A form for personal history, my current work contract is until 2024/12 but i placed the period as from start month of work 2022/04 to 2023/01 which is the present month during lodging. is this correct?
