My AR July but I was getting temporary file number the same time as those AR in Nov. I got my AOR last week, I bet those getting their temporary file number the same time as me were getting their AORs as well even though their ARs were a few months behind mine.
No really, I think they sent XEP to everyone who submitted an application even if that was recently, but AOR only people from July/August are getting it
IRCC is so unpredictable the way they are processing the files is totally weird some because are waiting from almost a year while some people got the copr in between 3 to 4 months

It seems mostly Inland applicants will receive COPRs. They are not focusing on outland applicants because of the travel restrictions in place. I would at least just like to receive DM.
It means PR approval timeline is around 1 year. AOR, Medicals etc., doesn't matter because to issue AOR they took more than 9 months and copr around 2 months. Don't know on what basis cic working .

So it takes them 2 months in between AOR and COPR.
Now, I'm hopeful because I'm inland and single with upfront medical/fingerprints & biometrics fees.
*fingers crossed*
