The letter gives me 90 days (in the website says 30 days). Does it mean that I have already given the 90 days due to COVID-19? Or do I get 90 days on top of the 90 days? I'm confused.

Inland (medical done upfront, May 2019)
AR - 2020-Mar beginning
AOR - 2020-Nov end
Pre-arrival services (IMM 5801E form) - 2021-Jan-12
Can they ask for a new medical if I am already in Canada since Aug 2019?

As far as I know, pre-arrival usually comes after eligibility, biometric and medical passed. So, it should be seen by now on your account wether medical passed or not, if it was passed then there wouldn't be any ask for new medical.
