For those who have applied outside Canada; if we get Our work permit through AIPP, can we pass the border and enter Canada?
IRCC says:Some temporary workers are exempt from travel restrictions if they’re coming for an
essential (non-discretionary) purpose.
Are we considered Exemption?
you have a list of essential jobs that are allowed to come to Canada with valid WP(truck drivers...). I have friend who`s coming first half of August.
I got approval for Endorsement
Applied on 14 January 2020
Approved on 04 may 2020
applied for Federal on 11 May 2020
Now i am waiting for File Number
Anyone got file number?????
Did you get the AOR number?
I think so. This is what we did!

It's the only option right now..
For those of you inland applicants, when you did your immigration medical check, was it (every testing) covered by your provincial medical insurance? I have to pay mine out of my pocket even after I showed my provincial medical card.. and I couldn't claim from my company insurance

No it was not. We had to pay out of pocket as well.
Anyone who applied on or around april 10th, received AOR under pilot program.
Any updates when they will start processing AIPP PR application? Applications from Feb up to now are waiting for AOR.
After sending an enquiry to the IRCC, they told me "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application under the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program is still in process."
In the same email, they said:
If you are eligible to apply for permanent residence under one of the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programs, you may get a one year work permit if your employer needs you to start working urgently.
To be eligible for this work permit, it is important to:
Have a job offer that is full-time and not seasonal from a designated employer in an Atlantic province,
Have a referral letter issued by one of the Atlantic provinces,
Commit to apply for permanent residence within 90 days of submitting your work permit application.
Important facts to keep in mind
Before submitting your work permit application, we recommend that you follow these steps:
· Your employer will need to:
o prepare and submit an offer of employment through the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's Employer Portal,
o pay the employer compliance fee, and
o provide you with the offer of employment number to indicate in your work permit application form.
Please read the Instruction guide of the work permit application, it will assist you in completing and submitting your application.
Very confusing answer
Hi, I have the same problem. Did you apply for wp online under pnp? Because there is no AIPP can be selected when apply online.

For pnp you need a provincial nominee program certificate that does not apply in the case of aipp, i thought it would be better to use the regular one (LMIA exempt work permit) and submit all the documents and wait for them to request further documents related to AIPP.

Sir, how did you send inquiry to IRCC ? is it thru webform ? Is this your first time to raise a webform for your PR application? Thanks

I applied on Feb 13th and still havent got anything yet. There are people from Jan that havent got anything yet too.
Hi Buddies.
The endorsement certificate is valid for 6 months. IRCC must receive our complete application before the endorsement certificate expiry date.
My expiry date was June 19, 2020. I sent all my documents in May but I have not got "Application Received" email. Any idea what should I do?
Is it acceptable? Since that was not my bad, I sent everything begore expiry but IRCC has not opened my package
