does anyone know how to speak to an IRCC agent on the phone?? I called several times but it always say due to high volume cannot transfer my call...then hang up. Anyone spoke to an agent successfully recently?? Thanks

Try other options.. Thats what I do, i select other options whichever gets me an agent first.

received a temporary number Jan. 13th

AOR Jan 22nd as today (linked to my CIC)

i also received email with temporary application number on 14 jan2021 but it not linked with online account . Did you get another email from ircc

Remove X and try linking with EP number you will get it linked for sure,i have done for my friend.

I got mine yesterday. Unfortunately, I have to wait 2 months to do it...It’s taking forever to book an appointment for the clinic where MD exam taking place and after that another forever to be able to do the blood and x-ray.

Dartmouth location would be faster than Halifax location..

Try other options.. Thats what I do, i select other options whichever gets me an agent first.

Its for inside canada
Dial the number then choose option 3-4-2-1 and make sure give sometime to automatic voice before pressing the keys
If attempt 1 is failed try 2nd time using same phone... you’ll be able to connect...

Did they requested any additional step... like 2 photograph of each applicant in Application or Just Passport?

Hi may i know if you are from the Philippines and where are is this clinic you are referring to? Because currently we are also waiting for our medical request. My kids will have theirs in the Philippines while me and hubby in Singapore. Hope you will answer. Thank you.
