I hope that information can help everyone who in the same boat waiting long.. long,... long time! by the way, I am not sure this file no. is mean AOR because the context just said this email is confirmed my application has received in Sydney on Jan31 2020.

Try to link it online with your GC account. If it connects it's an AOR
